Analyzes & Aggregates all the Monitoring Data

Giggso ingests, analyzes, aggregates, and enriches monitoring data (including but not limited to messages, emails, traces, alerts, signals, incidents, logs, transactions, and metrics) from multiple components of the IT Operations, Security Operations, & DevOps environment (spanning networks, infrastructure, cloud instances, storage, and 3rd Party applications, tools, and platforms).

Filters Noise & Provides Context

Giggso’s SmartAPI minimizes incident volumes by filtering out the noise through deduplication and removing redundancies. It provides context to the filtered data, identifies patterns/trends, and then routes normalized and labelled information through APIs

Facilitates Omni-Channel Sharing

Giggso’s Smart API allows both rules-based logical grouping of contextual data for monitoring and managing operations and compliance. This data can be shared across enterprise teams and channels, collaboratively, to intuitively fix problems.
